As the manager of a rehabilitation consultant team, you’ll be responsible for the profitability and efficiency of rehabilitation claims. Building strong relationships with Plan Sponsors and ensuring your team meets service standards will be central to your role. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and evaluate rehabilitation claims processes • Recruit and develop a collaborative rehabilitation team • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and Plan Sponsors • Enhance service delivery through process improvements • Support team prioritization to meet standards
Requirements: • 5+ years of relevant leadership experience • Expertise in group insurance and claims management • Robust decision-making and communication skills • A commitment to quality service and teamwork • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
