Job Description Co‑op and Internship opportunities allow students to gain valuable work experience across TD’s businesses. This role is part of the Corporate Operational Risk Management ( C-ORM ) function, which designs and implements TD Bank’s Operational Risk Management Framework. You will support the Issues Management team by conducting data quality checks, thematic analysis of issue data, and drafting reporting insights to inform senior leadership and committees. The position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce or related field.
Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of returning to school at the start of your work term (required for all co‑op/intern positions).
Proactively analyse Issues Management data and produce trend analysis to inform forward‑looking results.
Use advanced methods to contribute to recent solutions and recommend standards against which others will operate.
Provide regular commentary and industry analysis supporting the development, maintenance and oversight of policies, procedures and practices related to the Issues Management program.
Actively manage relationships within and across various business lines, corporate and/or oversight functions, ensuring alignment with enterprise and/or regulatory requirements.
Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts.
Conduct Issues Management analysis to inform decision‑making at senior levels.
Work independently and perform ongoing monitoring and analysis of Issues Management data to inform future trends.
Participate fully as a member of the team, supporting a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork, and ensure timely communication of issues/points of interest.
Additional Information
This position is a 4‑month work term, commencing September – December 2026.
The role requires residency in Canada where the position is located.
