Location: North york, GTA - Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)
As a CRM Executive, you will manage the CRM calendar and support the end‑to‑end execution of email and SMS campaigns. This includes email template development, campaign(email and SMS) building, QA and deployment, and coordinating with key stakeholders such as brand, consumer journey, call center, and commercial teams. You will play a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and high‑quality CRM communications.
- 2–3 years of progressive CRM experience managing end‑to‑end campaign execution.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially Content Builder, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Audience segmentation.
- Understanding of AMPScript for dynamic personalization.
- Familiarity with SQL automation and automation workflows within Automation Studio.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting.
- Experience with deliverability best practices & inbox optimization.
- Experience delivering marketing communications in a multi‑channel environment.
- Completion of post-secondary education (preferred in Marketing, Digital, Business or related fields).
- Solid communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
