As a Project Coordinator, you will support the execution of complex rail and transit projects, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery across multidisciplinary teams.

Your Impact

Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables to keep initiatives on track and aligned with client expectations.

Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements across major transit programs.

Facilitate communication between engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Assist in preparing proposals, budgets, and resource plans for upcoming rail and transit work.

Contribute to quality assurance processes and maintain accurate project records for audits and stakeholder reviews.

The Skills That Set You Apart

University degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management.

3–5 years of experience in project coordination within transportation, infrastructure, or engineering environments.

Familiarity with rail and transit projects, including understanding of railway infrastructure systems and components.

Experience with project planning, risk management, cost tracking, and schedule management.





Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering projects that improve mobility and sustainability for communities.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT:

$69,700 – $92,300

MB & ON:

$63,600 – $87,500

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC:

$62,900 – $83,600
