and measure value-added activities Evaluate and propose key indicators to measure productivity and performance Identify and propose improvement projects, participate in Kaizen workshops, and engage team members in problem-solving Develop comprehensive strategies for industrial engineering Elaborate work charters, diagrams, operation sequences, performance calculations, manpower needs, material flow analysis, work measurement, and pace adjustments Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

Industrial Engineering degree; Master’s preferred Project management skills Minimum of 3 years relevant experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French and English Experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to manage priorities and overcome setbacks Proficiency in industrial engineering techniques and value-added concepts High initiative, autonomy, innovation, and practical sense Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Knowledge of diagnostic tools such as VSM, material flow analysis, capacity analysis, etc. Join the Bombardier Team!
