Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Clinical Manager with administrative tasks
• Coordinate Service Provider schedules in the region
• Respond to client and provider inquiries
• Resolve issues related to the provider portal
• Support administrative team collaboration
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in office/customer service settings
• Must be proficient in English and French
• Education in psychology or business is advantageous
• Solid organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to follow established guidelines
