As an Implementation Analyst, you will act as the subject matter expert for implementing non-complex group perks. Your responsibilities will focus on optimizing plan designs, performing risk assessments, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution. You'll also analyze various funding arrangements and maintain key stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the dedicated contact during implementation • Assess and confirm compatibility of plan designs • Analyze non-standard risk assessments for new initiatives • Offer technical support regarding pricing structures • Facilitate client requests in collaboration with partners

Requirements: • In-depth knowledge of Group Life and Health terminology • Excellent command of Manulife Systems is a plus • Proficiency in Word and Excel • Strong aptitude for analytical thinking • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
