Your expertise will help monitor team capacity and address complex operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership for catchment staff and navigation practices
• Ensure trauma-informed navigation and referral practices
• Oversee service coordination and wraparound supports




• Monitor caseload distribution and service demand
• Collaborate with leadership for seamless integration
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field
• 5–7 years in employment services coordination
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of referral systems and trauma-informed practices
• Proficiency in case management systems
