Elevate operational effectiveness as a Continuous Improvement Engineer within a fast-paced food manufacturing setting. Directly contribute to standardizing practices and reducing costs through strategic initiatives.

As a vital member of the Operational Excellence Team, you will work across various projects including Supply Chain and Quality. The Continuous Improvement Engineer will implement improvements driven by data analysis and lean methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous refinement. Lead cross-functional training while participating in troubleshooting and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:



• Execute projects related to Manufacturing and maintenance • Analyze operational data using structured methodologies • Lead continuous improvement training sessions • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for project success • Maintain a safe working environment and drive improvements

Requirements: • Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or similar • 1+ year of related Continuous Improvement experience • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred • Proficient in Excel Functions and VBA • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
