A growing organization in the food ingredients distribution and manufacturing industry is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive business growth across Quebec and Eastern Canada. This role focuses on expanding B2B relationships within the bakery, dairy, beverage, and food processing sectors .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage key client accounts
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts, proposals, and presentations
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams and attend industry events/trade shows

Qualifications

- B2B sales experience in the food industry
- Strong communication skills in English and French
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle Eastern Canada

Compensation





- Bonus - starts at 15% of base salary with ability to earn 37.5% of your base salary
- Bonus - strictly on your performance vs your revenue budget
- Current Accounts Bonus - range from $100-$2000 per new account
- Car Mileage for business travel and much more

Just to give you a clearer picture, this role is focused on selling food ingredients into manufacturers, not finished products into retail.

So instead of selling to grocery chains or end consumers, you’d be working with companies that actually produce food. Selling ingredients like proteins, flavors, stabilizers, or functional ingredients that go into their products.

The client is specifically looking for someone with that type of B2B ingredient sales background.
