Drive brand performance as a Senior National Account Manager for a leading beauty brand. Oversee the Sephora Canada relationship while expanding professional channel growth across the country.
In this senior role, you will lead sales strategy and execution for the Briogeo brand and Wella Ultimate Care franchise within Sephora Canada. Responsibilities include managing key performance metrics, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellence in retailer execution. You'll advocate for your accounts while collaborating across various internal teams to achieve sustained success and brand relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the Sephora Canada relationship for Briogeo and Wella
• Lead annual business planning and performance tracking




• Drive sales productivity and profitability towards targets
• Manage commercial levers including assortment and promotions
• Champion in-store and digital execution for the brand
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 4+ years in key account management in beauty or CPG
• Direct experience with Sephora Canada or U.S.
• Experience in professional beauty channel management
• Solid communication and analytical skills
