Responsibilities

- Demonstrate leadership in coordinating the work of production employees in accordance with Ryam's values, principles and guidelines.
- Comply with all health, safety and environmental standards, as well as applicable regulations and laws.
- Maximize production and uptime by ensuring optimum management of all resources.
- Maintain quality standards and control costs.

Qualifications

- Education: Engineering college degree or technology diploma.
- Experience: 5 years’ experience in a related field.
- Supervision and communication skills.
