Become a Trade Compliance Operations Specialist focused on customs brokerage. This remote role emphasizes high-volume data management and executing CAD adjustments to ensure regulatory accuracy across the Canadian operation.
In this position, you will anchor the Canadian adjustment and audit desk, managing all aspects of the adjustment lifecycle. Your expertise in customs compliance, data reconciliation, and internal audits will be essential in maintaining error-free documentation before accounting finalization. Collaborate with a senior team while handling critical tasks at a high-performing level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process CAD adjustments and mass corrections daily
• Manage lifecycle of post-entry corrections effectively




• Review entry data against commercial documentation
• Conduct internal audits of CADs before finalization
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in client trade data
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in customs brokerage operations
• Strong knowledge of Customs Act and CARM portal
• CCS designation required for consideration
• LCB designation provides additional premium
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
