Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary HR partner for assigned portfolio
• Provide strategic guidance on employee relations and performance




• Manage recruitment and onboarding for recent hires

• Oversee performance management and succession planning
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field
• 5+ years in HR and recruitment roles
• 1-2 years in a management position
• Familiarity with real estate or property management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
