Provide critical application support as a Technical Application Support Specialist. Ensure seamless service restoration and support for infrastructure and application systems in a 24/7 environment.This role is vital for maintaining mission-critical systems, where you will monitor and support day-to-day activities to fulfill service level agreements. Your responsibilities will involve triaging incidents, deploying changes, and engaging with third-party providers during incidents.



You will also be involved in testing cycles to guarantee deployable and operable applications and infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and restore service for applications and infrastructure- Provide Help Desk support and manage incidents- Deploy changes to the production environment- Conduct initial triage and resolution of incidents- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organizationRequirements:- 1-2 years experience in IT support or related field- B.S./B.A. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- In-depth communication and collaboration skills- Analytical and problem-solving expertise- Understanding of IT operations and industry best practicesDeliver essential support and improvements in application services while excelling in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.#J-18808-Ljbffr
