Become a key member of our Talent Programs team as a Payroll and Human Resources Representative. This hybrid role requires a supportive individual who excels in providing HR guidance and managing payroll tasks effectively.
This temporary full-time position is ideally suited for candidates near an operational site. You will support employees on HR policies, maintain data integrity in HRIS, and partner with Talent Management for program implementation. The role also involves addressing HR inquiries and managing various employee life cycle processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR policy guidance and support
• Maintain HRIS integrity and employee data
• Partner with Talent Management on programs
• Serve as HR point of contact for inquiries
• Administer benefits and pension programs
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR or Business Administration
• 3+ years HR and payroll experience
• Proficiency in HRIS, preferably SAP
• Solid MS Office skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
