Drive quality assurance as an Industrial Laboratory Manager. Analyze quality deviations, implement corrective actions, and improve production practices while monitoring key performance indicators on-site.

In this role, you'll oversee quality issues and enhance processes effectively. With at least 3 years of experience, particularly in the chemical or aerospace industries, you will pilot laboratory activities like material characterization and testing. Regular interaction with stakeholders and involvement in project decisions will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:



• Analyze quality deviations and direct corrective actions • Monitor performance indicators and leverage for decisions • Support and challenge teams on the production floor • Structure quality practices for efficiency in production • Prepare for and follow up on COFRAC audits

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years in a similar quality assurance role • Proficient with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 17025) • Solid knowledge of statistical tools (SPC, MSP) • Project management and continuous improvement experience • Technical English proficiency required
