Job Summary Director, Project Finance & Accounting reporting to the CFO. The Director will be a key strategic partner to project teams, providing financial leadership across all phases of development, evaluating project feasibility, overseeing cash flow and financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering accurate, timely reporting. Additionally, the role will lead and develop a high‑performing finance team of three, fostering a collaborative culture rooted in growth, accountability, and continuous support.
Responsibilities
Evaluate project feasibility.
Oversee cash flow and overall financial performance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Ensure regulatory compliance across all development phases.
Lead and develop a finance team of three.
Collaborate closely with construction and operation teams.
Qualifications
Senior finance skilled with a background in development/project accounting.
Proven track record leading teams and partnering with construction or operation teams.
Preferred: experience in the real estate development industry; other project or capital accounting experience also considered.
Experience implementing and leveraging systems such as Yardi is a significant asset.
Positive, energetic, and highly collaborative approach to working across teams.
Compensation Base salary of $160,000+ plus bonus, varying based on the candidate’s experience.
