Reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards and People Analytics, this 12-month contract role will focus on improving organizational design and business processes. You will analyze existing operations, facilitate change initiatives, and help develop frameworks for HR practices. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify organizational improvement opportunities
• Support research and analysis for effective design propositions
• Facilitate analysis and planning for change initiatives
• Review operations to implement innovative processes
• Draft HR frameworks for various talent management areas
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant organizational experience
• Experience with HRIS technologies preferred
• Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
