In this full time, temporary role, you'll work closely with senior HR leaders to deliver impactful talent initiatives. By acting as a trusted advisor, you'll translate business priorities into effective people plans. Key responsibilities include supporting organizational change and leveraging workforce data to improve engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise mid-level and senior leaders on HR strategies • Coach leaders on best practices for high performance • Assist in organizational change initiatives and framework alignment • Analyze people data to enhance engagement strategies • Lead cross-functional HR projects improving employee experience
Requirements: • 5-7 years progressive HR experience required • Proven ability to influence leaders across multiple levels • Successful implementation of people programs • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • CPHR designation preferred
