Position Summary

Governance and Control Analyst Intern – TD Life Group (Toronto, Ontario). 4‑month term (Sept 8–Dec 18 2026), Monday‑Friday standard business hours. Compensation range $45,700 – $74,400 CAD.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Manager, 1A Governance & Control, executing the team mandate.
- Risk‑based review of strategic initiatives for TD Life and Health.
- Assist with regulatory filings and implementation of controls and risk remediation.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and distribution partners across Retail, Credit Card, Phone, and Online Channels.
- Perform ad‑hoc risk and regulatory duties as required.

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, WebEx, and MS Teams.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.




- Ability to work under pressure in a agile, deadline‑driven environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management and the MS Office software package.
