Responsibilities

Lead and own the technical solution design, including understanding the complete Agentforce solution which includes topics, instructions, actions with corresponding automation/code,



agent deployment methods, and supporting data structures.

Deep dive into the limits and boundaries of Agentforce Agents, finding novel solutions to drive business outcomes.

Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers and UX Designers to translate business needs into well‑architected solutions.

Oversee and contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle—from initial design through development, testing, and final deployment.

Follow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in application and software development.

4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure or working knowledge of modern coding languages (e.g. Python, Java, C#).

Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.

Understanding of front‑end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS).

Robust communication skills; the ability to convey complex technical details to all audiences.

Experience with using source control and branching/pull request strategies.

Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities.

Any additional Salesforce certifications are a plus,



preferably Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist certifications.

Interview Process What can you expect in the interview process?

Recruiter screen (phone) – 30 minutes: Introductory conversation to discuss the role and your experience.

Panel Interview with Real‑Time Exercise (Video) – 60 minutes:

The call will be split into two parts.

You'll receive a prompt and talk through potential solution options and live on the spot (no offline preparation required).

You'll get some time to interact with NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture delivery team members.

Organization lead interview (Video) – 45 minutes:

You’ll talk through your career goals and relevant work examples.

You’ll discuss challenges you have overcome and the tools you used to get there.

Leadership interview (Video) – 45 minutes: You'll meet with a member of our leadership team.
