• Own full-cycle recruiting (source → close → 90-day success)
• Manage 15–20 roles without sacrificing quality
• Build proactive pipelines of high-caliber, often passive talent
• Partner directly with leaders to define and hire top performers
• Drive hiring decisions—not just process them

• Strong sourcing + closing capability

- Familiar with every hiring manager and their criteria - Reporting weekly to leadership with pipeline status
In Year One: - Filled 40+ roles with a 95%+ 90-day placement rate
- 80%+ 12-month retention rate
- Managing 15 to 20 active roles without dropping quality
- Part of the leadership team advising on hiring strategy
