Become the key point of contact for students as a Front Desk Customer Service Representative. Deliver exceptional service while handling inquiries, managing operations, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
In this hands-on role, you will interact directly with students and guests, responding to their needs efficiently. Your responsibilities will include inquiries, financial administration, and ensuring safety measures are met. Emphasizing high customer satisfaction, you will manage check-ins, key distributions, and maintain communication with residence staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exemplary customer service via phone, email, and in-person
• Process payments and manage financial documentation
• Maintain cleanliness of the front desk and office areas




• Ensure effective operation of surveillance systems
• Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; some college preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
