Become a pivotal player as a Project Coordinator for Energy Management, executing and guiding essential projects within healthcare facilities. Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance operational efficiency and meet strategic energy conservation goals.
In this role, you will interact with multidisciplinary staff, overseeing project planning and execution to ensure alignment with hospital objectives. Your responsibilities range from liaising with designers and contractors to tracking project progress and managing stakeholder relationships, all in service of advancing the quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical input and support for energy initiatives • Facilitate user group meetings and communication channels • Coordinate the submission of RFI and design adjustments • Lead the evaluation of contractor proposals • Prepare progress reports for senior management
Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and project management software • Demonstrable experience in project coordination • At least 5 years in a healthcare context preferred • Relevant certifications in energy management are beneficial
