Client Migration Specialist (7 month contract)

Location: Hybrid- 3 days office (Yorkville, Toronto) and 2 days from home. Includes travel to our London, Ontario office.

This role will cover an upcoming parental leave with the expected end date of December 15th 2026.

The role:

- Leads clients through the full migration from legacy systems to our UK system, making the transition smooth and stress-free.
- Owns the onboarding journey from initial setup through to go live, ensuring everything is ready for success.
- Acts as the main point of contact, building strong relationships and guiding clients every step of the way.
- Delivers tailored one-to-one onboarding sessions to support, coach, and resolve any challenges.
- Runs engaging group sessions and webinars to support clients at scale.
- Develops deep platform expertise to confidently advise on best practice and workflows
- Quickly identifies and resolves any migration or onboarding issues, with clear and timely follow up.
- Communicates proactively to keep clients informed, confident, and on track.
- Ensures every client is fully up and running, getting real value from Atlas.
- Act as the product expert, maintaining a deep understanding of your product’s role, performance, and opportunities for growth.

About you:

- You have strong client-facing experience and are comfortable leading onboarding, implementation, or migration engagements.
- You communicate clearly and confidently, translating platform functionality into simple, client-friendly guidance.




- You are highly organized and able to manage multiple client migrations at once, balancing priorities while ensuring a smooth and timely onboarding experience.
- You proactively identify issues, troubleshoot effectively, and follow through to resolution.
- You are comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment where execution is key.
- You collaborate effectively across teams, aligning with Account Managers, Customer Success, and Product to deliver a seamless client experience.
- You approach current systems and technologies with curiosity, quickly building expertise in the Atlas platform.
- You look for opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual effort, and leverage automation and AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
- You take ownership of client outcomes, maintain a high standard of professionalism, and ensure clients feel confident and supported throughout the migration process.

Base Salary: The expected base salary range being offered to candidates for this role is ($55,000 - $70,000). Positioning within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors such as location, skills, and experience.
