Exciting opportunity for a skilled Sous-Chef to oversee kitchen operations. Manage food preparation, supervise staff, and ensure quality meals in a dynamic restaurant setting.
This role requires 1-2 years of experience and a secondary school certificate. As a Sous-Chef, you will manage a kitchen team of 5-10 people, instructing cooks in all aspects of food preparation and presentation. Your expertise will help in analyzing costs, maintaining inventory, and planning menus to meet the highest culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate meal preparation
• Maintain records of inventory, sales, and food costs
• Instruct staff in food cooking, garnishing, and presentation




• Plan menus and ensure quality standards are met
• Manage food requisition and equipment maintenance
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of culinary experience required
• Secondary school graduation certificate
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting
