Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive volunteer engagement framework

• Maintain position descriptions and onboarding processes
• Coordinate intake processes and align volunteers with roles
Requirements:
• Diploma in Recreation or volunteer management
• Standard First Aid and CPR “C” certification
• Experience in volunteer coordination and outreach
• HIGH FIVE® training preferred
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check required
