We’re looking for a motivated Brand Sales Representative to join our small but growing team. This is a junior–mid-level role where you’ll start by selling our high-demand Kit programs and Targeted Campaigns to both new and current Brand Partners. You’ll also support our partners with account management, light admin/app support, and retailer engagement.

- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, discovery, and closing.
- Build and manage your own pipeline of prospective brands.
- Drive outbound sales activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate new opportunities.
- Manage inbound leads and leverage our Enterprise Retailer Partnerships for warm introductions.
- Proactively re-engage existing clients to drive repeat participation.
- Attend industry events (as an exhibitor and attendee) to build relationships and pipeline.
- Support client success by:
- Handling support tickets and retailer account issues.
- Assisting with app profile setups and basic data entry.
- Making outbound calls/emails to retailers to drive campaign activity.
- Pitching in with light warehouse and campaign support as needed.




- Keep pipeline and activity organized in CRM.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activity and results.

Experience / Education:

- 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Cannabis experience is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals in the $2,000–$25,000 range.
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability.
- Not afraid to hunt, thrives on outbound prospecting and finding new opportunities, not just waiting for leads.
- Comfortable wearing many hats: sales first, but also willing to support ops.
- Energetic, resilient, coachable, and team-oriented.
- As part of our hiring process, candidates will be required to undergo a criminal record check and Health Canada security clearance. We believe in giving individuals a fair opportunity and will consider applicants with prior charges on a case-by-case basis.
