Key Responsibilities:
• Develop lifting and handling plans for major programs
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in technical matters
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments
• Author and maintain engineering processes for consistency
• Identify continuous improvement initiatives for the team
Requirements:
• B.Eng. or equivalent; P.Eng. designation required
• Minimum 15 years of shipbuilding or heavy manufacturing experience
• Solid understanding of maritime regulations and industry standards
• Hands-on experience in shipbuilding production
• Proficiency in interpreting production drawings and models
