We are looking for a Director of Marketing
who can turn strategy into stories, campaigns into growth, and customers into loyal fans. This role leads the full marketing function - brand, digital, PR, partnerships, and in-store experience—while driving measurable results across both corporate and franchise networks. You’ll shape the voice of the brand, strengthen community connection, and create campaigns that make people feel proud to eat, share, and connect with us. Key Responsibilities
Brand Leadership Define and protect brand identity, ensuring consistency across all locations and channels.
Translate business strategy into brand messaging, visuals, and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
Lead storytelling initiatives that connect culture, community, and quality.
Develop annual marketing plans with clear KPIs for growth, engagement, and ROI.
Lead all digital, social, and traditional marketing initiatives—including campaigns, paid media, influencer partnerships, and PR.
Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and vendor contracts efficiently.
Oversee creative direction for photoshoots, video content, and in-store visuals.
Growth & Partnerships Build and manage strategic partnerships with complementary brands, events, and community organizations.
Support franchise and corporate store openings through launch marketing and local activations.
Lead data-driven initiatives for guest retention, loyalty, and repeat sales.
Digital & Performance Marketing Oversee performance marketing across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms.
Collaborate with tech and sales teams to optimize website traffic, SEO, and lead conversion.
Manage CRM, email, and loyalty communications for guest engagement.
Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
Foster collaboration across departments (Operations, Training, Franchise, Commissary, etc.) to ensure aligned execution.
Provide regular reports to the executive team on campaign results, insights, and recommendations.
Qualifications 3–5+ years of marketing experience, with at least one in a senior leadership role.
Proven success in brand, digital, and growth marketing (hospitality, retail, or consumer food experience preferred).
Robust creative instincts paired with analytical discipline.
Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Bonus: Experience in franchise marketing, SaaS, or multi-unit restaurant environments.
