Be the cornerstone of client success as a Route Service Representative. Manage customer accounts in the Rental Division while providing exceptional service and support on a physical, dynamic route.
In this role, you will be instrumental in growing customer accounts while driving along an established service route. Your responsibilities include delivering and picking up various facility service products, including uniforms and chemical cleaning items. Building rapport with customers is essential to your success, ensuring high-quality service and proactively handling concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive established routes to deliver facility service products
• Build robust relationships with key customer decision-makers




• Upsell additional services and products to existing clients
• Negotiate service renewals while managing inventory
• Comply with driving regulations and safety practices
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license for over 10,000 lbs. vehicles
• High school diploma or equivalent military service
• Strong customer service skills and self-motivation
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
• Positive attitude and organized work ethic
