Act as a subject matter expert in privacy as a Senior Consultant. Provide guidance for privacy governance, risk assessments, and develop robust business relationships in a hybrid work model.

This role reports to the Director of the Privacy Office and is crucial for supporting compliance and global regulatory affairs. With a focus on privacy governance and advisory services, you will develop relationships with partners and assess regulatory compliance. Success in this position requires multi-tasking, flexibility, and the ability to manage priorities effectively throughout various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide expertise and guidance on privacy governance • Conduct privacy impact assessments for new initiatives • Review new privacy legislation affecting operations • Develop privacy guidance and training resources • Collaborate with business partners to mitigate risk

Requirements: • Minimum five years in privacy or compliance roles • Experience with regulatory compliance in financial services • Strong communication skills for impactful reporting • Ability to analyze and identify privacy risks • IAPP privacy designation or willingness to obtain
