About The Role We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer for our Technology and IT Services Management Team. This role designs, develops, and executes automated test strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of business applications and workflows across complex enterprise environments.
As the Newest Member Of Our Team, You’ll
Design and build automated tests across applications like ServiceNow and Workday.
Define technical approaches and conduct research to innovate in testing and quality.
Develop automation tests across API and UI using the latest techniques.
Collect and analyze test metrics to assess performance and recommend best practices.
Analyze defects and test execution trends to provide predictive analysis.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify testing requirements and improve deliverables.
Support agile teams in functional, non‑functional, integration, API, regression, accessibility, user and production acceptance testing.
Maintain the quality engineering knowledge repository and drive continuous improvement.
To Succeed, You Bring
College or university degree in computer science, information systems, or related experience.
At least five years of hands‑on technical experience as an Automation Engineer or Testing Specialist.
Strong scripting skills: JavaScript (especially for ServiceNow), Python, and Java.
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, Cypress, or Robot Framework.
Over five years of SQL experience and 3‑5 years of CI/CD experience with Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.
Proficiency with test‑management tools like Azure DevOps, Zephyr, and TestRail.
Experience with ServiceNow ATF and Studio is an asset.
