You’ll guide a professional team to execute the Zero Waste Strategy and ensure alignment with broader environmental objectives. Your role will include creatively developing programs and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and support the Climate & Environment Team
• Design and implement innovative sustainability initiatives
• Collaborate to monitor environmental and noise management goals
• Direct projects on waste reduction and energy efficiency
• Foster partnerships complying with Indigenous protocols
Requirements:
• 8 years of relevant environmental experience
• 3 years in a supervisory role
• Comprehensive understanding of environmental regulations
• Proven leadership and critical thinking abilities
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities
