Enhance customer satisfaction as a dedicated Customer Experience Representative. Support sales efforts and manage customer inquiries while building strong relationships with clients in a full-time, onsite role in Calgary.
In this position, you'll play a crucial role in promoting customer engagement while managing sales inquiries and processing orders. Your knowledge of products will empower you to provide exceptional service and support to our outside sales team. Take ownership of account growth and ensure collaborative success with logistics and purchasing teams.
