? Hiring: Design Technologist

? Toronto (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

? 12 month contract with strong extension potential

We’re partnering with a leading enterprise organization to hire a Design Technologist who’s passionate about design systems, UI development, and creating seamless digital experiences at scale.

This is a unique opportunity to work on products used by millions of users, helping evolve and scale a mature design system across a complex digital ecosystem.

What you’ll do:

- Build and scale design system architecture, tokens, and UI guidelines
- Create reusable, accessible components across design and code
- Bridge design and development to improve design to code workflows
- Partner with cross functional teams to ensure consistency and quality
- Contribute to design critiques, knowledge sharing, and system governance

What we’re looking for:

- 5 to 7+ years of experience in UI design and development
- Robust expertise in Figma and design systems




- Experience working across design and front end (bonus if you code)
- Ability to communicate design decisions and influence stakeholders
- Experience with mobile or responsive design

Nice to have:

- Experience in large, complex or enterprise environments
- Familiarity with tools like Storybook, GitHub, or modern frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
