Job Title: RecruiterLine of Service: Business EnablementContract Duration: April 16, 2026 – Oct 15, 2026Location: Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite at York Street per weekHours of Work: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm (7.5 hours per day) – Overtime when requiredCompensation Range:For Bilingual candidates - the pay rate range will be $35-$40(Negotiable)For English speaking candidates its will be $40-$45(Negotiable)We currently have two open roles—one requiring English and the other requiring French.Role Description: As an Experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, Deals Mergers & Acquisition, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Identify, engage, and attract mid to senior‑level, passive technical talent across financial services, private equity and consulting industries using targeted sourcing and direct outreach strategies.Proactively build and maintain diverse, future‑ready talent pipelines for corporate finance, financial modelling, valuations and other key areas under Deals through creative sourcing, market mapping, and relationship‑driven engagementConducting thoughtful recruiter screens and exploratory conversations to understand candidates’ technical capabilities, career motivations, and growth aspirations using behavioral and skills‑based interviewing techniquesDeliver a high‑quality, inclusive candidate experience from first contact through offer, acting as a trusted point of connection and advocate for both the candidate and the businessPartner closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers during intake and sourcing strategy discussions to clarify role requirements, success criteria, and hiring prioritiesShare relevant market insights with all stakeholders,
including talent availability, emerging skill trends, and competitive hiring dynamics, to support informed decision‑makingCollaborate with internal partners to understand business goals, workforce priorities, and regional hiring needs, contributing thoughtful input to hiring strategiesMaintain visibility into sourcing activity and pipeline progress, using insights to continuously improve how we approach and support skills-based hiringCandidate Requirements: Demonstrated success identifying and attracting passive, senior‑level talent in in‑house, executive search, or agency environments, with a strong focus on complex and hard‑to‑fill rolesProven experience sourcing niche talent in highly competitive markets, including creatively building diverse pipelines within professional services or similarly complex organizationsStrong headhunting and networking background, leveraging direct outreach, referrals, and social platforms as core recruitment toolsHands‑on experience with Workday, Phenom and the Microsoft ecosystem in data‑driven environments requiring strong process discipline and confidentiality, paired with the technical aptitude and eagerness to adopt emerging capabilities such as automation, analytics, and AISolid understanding of national and local talent markets, with the ability to stay current on skill trends and shifting candidate dynamicsStrong competency‑ and skills‑based interviewing capability, able to assess technical depth, motivation, and role fit with confidenceConfidence partnering with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and candidates through data‑backed recommendations, transparent communication, and thoughtful negotiationAgile, customer‑focused professional comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while engaging effectively with up to senior leadership
