Overview This role supports anti-money laundering (AML) efforts by reviewing customer information, assessing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The position focuses on handling KYC (Know Your Customer) reviews, including standard and enhanced due diligence, while managing a high volume of cases in a rapid-paced environment. Contract: 12 months Working hours: 37.5 hr per week, 9am-5pm targeted, however flexible between 8am-5:30pm (8am-4pm, 8:30am-4:30pm, 9:30am-5:30pm) OT requirements: not anticipated Office location: Financial District, Toronto Hybrid work requirements: 3 days a week in office currently, may change to 4 days a week Rate: $30/hour (T4) Responsibilities Manage AML KYC requests, including RFIs, CDD, and EDD reviews Analyze customer profiles across multiple product lines to assess risk Document findings and maintain accurate case files Review data to identify risks and provide recommendations Prepare reports and notifications aligned with compliance standards Apply judgment to investigate and resolve issues within guidelines Handle a high volume of cases (90–100 at a time)
