One of Stellar's exciting clients is searching for a Support Specialist to join their team for a long term contract opportunity. This position involves providing Level 1 and Level 2 support and effective resolution of IT‑related issues for over 1,000 employees.
Responsibilities
- Support internal employees with technical issues involving Microsoft related technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT‑related issues, with a strong understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems and network systems.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and promptly addressing user inquiries.
- Collaborate with team leads and other IT professionals to ensure efficient problem resolution.
- Document and track support requests, ensuring timely and accurate record‑keeping.
Qualifications
- Previous experience providing support in an enterprise environment.
- Related IT certifications such as ITIL, MTA, or MCSA.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Robust communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Availability for some shift work if applicable.
Pay: CA$45.00/hr – CA$53.00/hr (12‑month contract, 5 days in office downtown Vancouver).
