You would be responsible for leading the clinic, executing strategic initiatives, and ensuring programs and services are delivered to the highest clinical and client experience standard. This role oversees a continuous cycle of improvement to enhance workflow, performance, and experience for team members and clients. In addition, you will contribute to the ongoing evolution and scalability of our Toronto operations as the market continues to grow.
