Your Recent Role As Vice President, Property Management, you will play a key role in the continued evolution and growth of the property management platform. This position will be centered around three primary objectives: supporting the existing property management team through hands on leadership, mentorship, and practical resources; building and implementing best practices, standards, and policies that elevate consistency and performance; and helping to grow the third party management business through strong client service and operational credibility.

This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who wants to be in the trenches with their team. The right person will bring a genuine passion for developing people, improving systems, and creating a service culture where excellence is expected and supported. You will help strengthen the foundation of the department while also contributing to its long term business growth.

What you’ll need to succeed

More than 10 years of commercial property management experience, including senior leadership responsibility

Proven experience leading property management teams in a hands on, engaged, and supportive way





Strong understanding of third party property management and the service expectations that come with it

Demonstrated ability to build, implement, and refine best practices, policies, and operational standards

Experience mentoring teams and elevating performance through coaching, structure, and day to day support

Strong client relationship skills and the credibility to help grow a property management business

A leadership style that is collaborative, practical, and rooted in accountability

The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution

Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead through change, growth, and operational complexity
