Responsibilities

- This is a full-time, in office role for a Project Manager based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of residential construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Coordinate project schedules, manage logistics, supervise inspections, and liaise with clients and contractors.
- Resolve issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle to maintain project momentum and quality.

Qualifications





- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple simultaneous projects
- Expertise in Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks to ensure project timelines are met efficiently
- Experience with Inspection processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and building codes
- Strong Logistics Management skills for the coordination of materials, labor, and resources
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
- Proven experience in residential construction or custom home building is preferred
- Proficiency in construction management software or relevant tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve challenges quickly and effectively
- A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is desirable
