Associate Director of Student Engagement The purpose of this position is to ensure undergraduate students from both Master's and Horizon College & Seminary gain quality field education experience through a ministry formation setting and to provide non-curricular student supports that fall under the Student Services department. This is an on-campus appointment at MCS in Mississauga, although the successful candidate will be appointed as a faculty member of both Horizon (Saskatoon) and MCS (Mississauga), since the two institutions partner to share curriculum, resources, faculty, and staff cross‑provincially.

credentials with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada





a solid commitment to the PAOC’s Statement of Essential Truths and Positions and Practices (articles 5‑6 in the General Constitution and By‑Laws, p. 4‑8)

ten or more years of vocational ministry experience, including with youth or young adults

demonstrated spiritual maturity

pastoral care strengths and excellent relational skills, with experience leading and managing individuals or teams

strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills

basic computer literacy to work with and learn various computing platforms
