In this critical role, you will coordinate and assist in the supervision of warehouse functions to ensure our customers receive the freshest products. You will act as a key link between the warehouse floor and management, ensuring an efficient flow of operations while maintaining a high standard of safety and productivity.**Position:** Full-Time, Permanent**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm**Salary:** $24/hour (paid on a weekly basis!)**Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do*** **Daily Coordination:** Collaborate with the supervisor to coordinate daily warehouse operations and monitor the receiving, selection,



and loading of products.* **Team Leadership:** Instruct and check the work of team members while providing essential training on job techniques and safety requirements.* **Workflow Management:** Monitor and prioritize order fulfillment and investigate inventory or operational variances.* **Employee Support:** Assist in employee observations for performance reviews and disciplinary actions.* **Problem Solving:** Resolve warehouse issues, conflicts, or operational bottlenecks as they arise.* **Safety & Compliance:** Ensure all staff follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while using required PPE.**Required Qualifications/Skills*** **Experience:** 1-2 years of warehouse experience.* **License:**A valid Forklift license is an asset, specifically a stand up counter balance forklift. Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) certification is necessary (must be obtained upon hire and maintained).* **Leadership:** Have the ability to coach, train, instruct, and check the work of others on processes and procedures.* **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.* **Safety Awareness:** Promotes and maintains safety practices, ensuring all safety procedures and proper lifting/equipment use are followed.* **Physical Ability:** Capable of standing and moving for more than 2/3 of the shift, including reaching, stooping, and crouching. Capable of heavy work,



including frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs or more.* **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
