Logistics Project Qualified

Duration : 12 months

Position Overview – Onsite in the warehouse 5 days a week.

Responsible for supporting warehouse logistics for POC and CLS/SLS business lines, including the following products:

• Epoc Blood Analysis System (reader, NXS Host and Printer)

• Atellica DCA (Module, IDM and Printer)

• DCA Vantage (analyzer and barcode readers)

• POC Demo equipment (epoc, DCA Vantage, Atellica DCA, RP500e, Advantus, Status+)

• Marketing Materials (Tablecloths, banners etc)

• Clinitek Status+ (analyzer, connectors and barcode readers)

• Clinitek Advantus

• PFA

• BFT II

• Hematek 3000

• Aptio peripherals

• Atellica Data ManagerLicenses

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for storage bin management

• Receiving and organizing storage of materials and ensuring they are stored in the proper location.

• Entering in location of materials by batch into SAP for tracking.

2. Marketing Demo equipment shipment and receiving

• Picks, packs and ships demo equipment

• Maintains non-inventory tracking list to reflect movement and location of demo equipment by Serial Number

3. Stock Adjustments

• Adjusting stock in SAP according to shipments and receipts.

• Removal of products on ‘Product Hold’ from general stock in SAP and sequestering of physical stock at the warehouse into a Quarantine Cabinet (locked)

4. Shipping & Receiving

• Pick,



Pack and ship all sales order materials from the CDC

• Processing goods receipts from all incoming POs to the CDC; assigning storage bins as required

• Processing virtual goods receipts (such as software licenses)

5. Vendor Returns

• Manages customer RGAs (returned goods authorization)

• Manage vendor returns for excess or damaged stock
