The Administrative Support Specialist plays a crucial role under the supervision of the Clinic Manager. This full-time, in-clinic position requires a strong customer service background, with responsibilities including greeting patients, scheduling, and supporting the medical office team. You will ensure the smooth flow of operations while managing confidential medical records and facilitating communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and manage their intake
• Schedule appointments and handle incoming calls




• Support the medical team with daily administrative tasks
• Maintain accuracy in medical filing systems
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in Medical Office Administration
• High school diploma required
• Excellent communication skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
