Lead ramp service operations as a Senior Manager. Ensure effective planning, organization, and control of facility operations while enhancing customer experiences and maintaining safety standards.
This role oversees all aspects of facility and ramp operations. You'll manage budgets, develop personnel, and ensure a secure and efficient workplace. Responsibilities also include achieving operational objectives and addressing safety, quality, and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and oversee ramp and small volume facility operations
• Manage budgetary processes and personnel development
• Ensure safety and security within facility operations
• Maintain performance standards for customer satisfaction
• Complete mandatory training and maintain annual accreditations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (B.A) or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years in business, with 1 year in management
• Valid G license with a clean driving record
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
• Ability to adapt to varying shifts based on needs
