Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support interdisciplinary team members
• Conduct regular employee check-ins and evaluations
• Maintain resident health records diligently




• Develop qualified team culture and dynamics
• Coordinate on-call responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in relevant discipline
• 2 years supervisory experience in social services
• Experience in mental health or addictions preferred
• Current First Aid & CPR Certification required
• Strong communication and crisis management skills
