Oversee supplier relationships as an Accounts Payable Technician. Effectively handle invoice processing, reconciliations, and ensure compliance within the Finance department.
Engaging with suppliers, you'll be under the supervision of the Accounts Payable Supervisor, managing invoicing tasks for seamless operations. This role necessitates analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support cost compliance while enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate and ensure timely payment of invoices
• Enter and reconcile invoices against purchase orders
• Maintain supplier account accuracy and information
• Collaborate with teams for effective administrative support
• Implement internal controls and procedural compliance
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of accounts payable experience
• DEC in relevant administrative or accounting fields
• Familiarity with Coupa and Kofax considered a plus
• Solid Excel and Google tools competency
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
